Returns & Exchanges Policy
Please note that all sales are final. Store credit may be issued at the sole discretion of The Vanity Factory.
Approved returns must:
- Be unused and in original condition.
- Include all original components, accessories, closures, lids, pumps, droppers, and packaging supplied with the item.
Items returned with missing components may not qualify for store credit or exchange.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring they select the correct product, size, colour, and quantity before placing an order.
- Approved returns due to customer error are responsible for delivery costs.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within seven (7) days of receiving your order via phone, email, WhatsApp, or the website contact form.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the item and packaging
- A description of the issue
