Returns & Exchanges Policy

Please note that all sales are final. Store credit may be issued at the sole discretion of The Vanity Factory.

Approved returns must:

  • Be unused and in original condition.
  • Include all original components, accessories, closures, lids, pumps, droppers, and packaging supplied with the item.

Items returned with missing components may not qualify for store credit or exchange.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring they select the correct product, size, colour, and quantity before placing an order.
  • Approved returns due to customer error are responsible for delivery costs.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within seven (7) days of receiving your order via phone, email, WhatsApp, or the website contact form.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging
  • A description of the issue
